Job Title: Accounts Executive cum Front Desk
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage essential financial recording and serve as the first point of contact for our company.
1. Accounting Duties:
Manage all daily financial entries (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments) using Tally ERP/Prime is essential.
Process and generate accurate invoices and purchase orders.
Conduct bank and party ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic documentation for GST/tax purposes.
Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
2. Front Desk & Admin Duties:
Professionally greet and direct all visitors, clients, and vendors.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently.
Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Provide general administrative support, including filing and managing office supplies.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Proven proficiency and experience in using Tally ERP/Prime for accounting operations.
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a polite, professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
