Urgent Hiring - Accountant cum HR

We are urgently looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant cum HR professional to join our team on a fully remote basis.
Accounting & Finance Responsibilities
Collaborate with consultants and directors to design and implement financial workflows, policies, and systems.
Handle basic accounting functions, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and tax-related compliance.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable accounting software and financial tools for the organization.
HR Responsibilities
Manage employee records, payroll processing, and compliance documentation.
Support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in coordination with consultants.
Support the setup and structuring of the HR department and its processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Language -Malayalam
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and HR functions
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
