Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and financial record keeping.
Support in invoice preparation, billing, and expense management.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate database).
Support HR in employee onboarding and documentation.
Help in preparing basic reports for management (accounts & HR).
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments and reimbursements.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (added advantage).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in both Accounts and HR functions.
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or HR) or equivalent.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
