Key Responsibilities:Accounting:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries
Handle billing, invoicing & payment follow-ups
Maintain books of accounts and ledgers
Prepare GST, TDS & monthly financial reports
Manage vendor payments and purchase entries
HR Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance & staff records
Handle recruitment coordination
Assist in preparing offer letters & documents
Support basic HR operations
Required Skills:
Software Knowledge:
Tally, Busy (mandatory)
Strong accounting knowledge
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to manage office paperwork
Basic HR knowledge preferred
Qualification:
Graduate
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidate only
Residing in or near Rohini / North Delhi (preferred)
