Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Data Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess the company's financial health, and provide recommendations to management.
Record Keeping:
Accurately record and document all financial transactions, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.
Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and spending to control costs and improve profitability.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Auditing:
Conduct internal and external financial audits, substantiating financial transactions and verifying documentation.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all accounting processes, financial statements, and records comply with accounting standards (like GAAP or IFRS) and legal requirements.
