key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts including
cash book, ledger, journal entries
Prepare
vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes
Handle
accounts payable and receivable
Assist in
GST compliance
(GST returns, reconciliation, filing support)
Support
bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Data Entry & Documentation
Accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
Maintain and update
MIS reports
Manage physical and digital filing of financial documents
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in accounting and data entry (freshers with relevant skills may apply)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP / Busy / Accounting Software
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Understanding of
GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Soft Skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Effective communication and teamwork skills
