We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Accountant cum Cashier

to manage daily billing, cash handling, accounting entries, and financial reporting for the outlet. The role requires accuracy, transparency, and end-to-end responsibility of outlet cash flow and documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCashier Responsibilities

Handle billing operations at the counter (POS). Manage cash, card, UPI, and digital payment settlements. Maintain daily cash register, receipts, and payment records. Ensure accurate bill generation, discounts, offer codes & KOT management. Provide guests with prompt and professional service at the billing desk. Coordinate with the operations team during peak hours and match nights.

Accounting Responsibilities

Maintain daily sales reports, cash flow statements & reconciliation. Reconcile POS reports with actual payments and bank deposits. Record purchase invoices, expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments. Support monthly closing, profit & loss inputs, and financial reporting. Track inventory consumption and coordinate with the store manager. Assist in audits, compliance paperwork, and documentation checks. Follow brand SOPs for financial hygiene and data accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a cashier/accountant, preferably in F&B or retail. Strong knowledge of accounting basics, reconciliation, and documentation. Familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and basic accounting software. Excellent numerical accuracy, integrity, and communication skills. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.
