Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries
Handle GST compliance: returns, reconciliation, and filings
Manage TDS, invoicing, billing, and follow-ups for payments
Perform bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
Coordinate with CA/auditors for statutory compliance
Administrative & Office Support
Provide administrative support to management
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Handle email communication, phone calls, and coordination
Assist in vendor coordination and purchase records
Support HR-related documentation (attendance, salary data, etc.)
Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good communication and coordination skills
Smart working, positive attitude, and team player
Well-groomed personality with professional approach
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling multiple company accounts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in IT / service-based industry (added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
