Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping and ledger management.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable & receivable.
Handle bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and TDS filings.
Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
Handle employee attendance, payroll processing, and reimbursements.
Assist in HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with stakeholders.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
