Job Summary
The person will be responsible for managing the organization's financial records, accounting operations, and day-to-day administrative functions. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, compliance awareness, and efficient office administration skills to ensure smooth financial and operational functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including cash book, bank book, ledgers, and vouchers
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or similar accounting software
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash
Process payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking
Handle GST compliance including returns, challans, and reconciliations
Assist in TDS calculation, filing, and statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors, CA, and statutory authorities
Maintain records for audits, inspections, and funding agencies
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and day-to-day operations
Maintain files, records, contracts, and official documents
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and staff records
Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications
Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to statutory, financial, and organizational regulations
Prepare utilization certificates, financial reports, and documentation for grants, CSR, or projects
Maintain proper documentation for government and organisation requirements (if applicable)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
