Create and maintain Invoices
Handle the booking of expenses, vendor bills, and sales invoices.
Calculate and manage statutory payments
Process client RTGS and Foreign remittance payments.
Conducted Bank reconciliations.
Conduct TDS and GST calculations, facilitate payments, and file returns.
GST Refund processing.
Prepare monthly reports and submit them to the higher management.
Work on financial reports incl. Monthly Balance Sheet preparation
Assisting in Company Internal Audit
Support the employee's business trips process incl. booking of hotels and flights
Oversee employee claim reimbursements.
Maintain primary personnel documents debtors & Creditors Reconciliation
Candidate requirement:

PC knowledge (Internet, MS Office)
Working Knowledge Tally ERP
