Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Accountant cum Admin

to manage both accounting and administrative functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support general office administration. This is a full-time, in-person role best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain daily bookkeeping, ledgers, and journal entries Manage invoices, collections, and payments Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports Support budgeting, costing, and financial analysis Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements Assist with internal and external audits Generate MIS reports for management review

Administrative Duties



Maintain company documentation, licenses, and renewals Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave records Oversee office operations: supplies, housekeeping, and coordination Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records Organize meetings, travel, and other logistics Provide admin support to Directors and senior management

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration

Experience



0 to 2 years of experience in accounting and admin roles Experience in the textile or manufacturing sector is an added advantage

Skills Required



Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles Familiarity with Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other compliance matters Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Proactive attitude and time management skills
