Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliation of bank and card accounts
Coordinate and support the completion of annual audits
Review and analyze financial statements and reports
Communicate financial results and insights to management
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Improve accounting systems and processes, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements
Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation
Support HR and operational teams with recordkeeping and compliance
Manage vendor communications, procurement tracking, and petty cash
Schedule meetings, maintain office supplies, and coordinate logistics
Liaise with external partners, service providers, and internal teams
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and office administration
Strong knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
