Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Administration Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining clear financial records, and efficiently managing administrative duties related to sales coordination and internal team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Handle accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account clearance.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support audits and compliance with financial regulations.
Administrative Duties:
Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining client databases.
Manage general office administration, filing, and document control.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, team activities, and other internal tasks.
Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local tax regulations and statutory compliance.
Prior experience in a sales-support or coordination environment.
