We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin to handle day-to-day financial transactions and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices along with administrative capabilities to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and statements.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Maintain accurate accounting records, files, and documentation.
Assist with audits, taxation, and compliance requirements.
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative functions.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally (ERP/accounting software).
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
