Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
Invoice creation and tracking
Vendor payments and coordination
Payments and receivables management
Follow-up on outstanding payments
Purchase order management
Handling day-to-day accounting activities
Administrative Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day office operations
Vendor management and coordination
Office administration activities
Back-office support
Coordinating with and supporting internal teams
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an Accounts cum Administration role
Graduate / Postgraduate in a relevant field
Excellent working knowledge of
Tally
Proficiency in
MS Office tools
(Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach
Good communication and coordination skills
