Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records for
real estate
projects.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
Record project expenses, client receipts, and advances accurately.
Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and project cost reports.
Coordinate with site teams and management for expense tracking.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Support in finalization of accounts and audit process.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles
and
real estate project accounting.
Proficiency in
Tally / Excel / ERP software

Good understanding of
GST, TDS, and project costing
