Job Role:

We are looking for an

experienced Accountant

from a

Construction / Real Estate Developer background

with strong exposure to

legal, compliance, and liaison work.

Must-Have Experience & Skills (Mention Clearly to Filter Candidates)

Industry Experience

Mandatory experience in

Construction / Builder / Real Estate Developer firm

Accounting & Taxation Knowledge

GST (construction-specific returns & compliance)

TDS (contractors, professionals, vendors)

Income Tax (construction industry exposure)

Legal & Compliance Exposure

Working knowledge of

RERA

Handling

contracts, agreements, and legal documentation

Vendor compliance & documentation

Support during

statutory & internal audits

Liaison & Coordination

Liaison with

Chartered Accountants, Lawyers

Coordination with

Government authorities

(GST, Income Tax, RERA, local bodies)

Operational Responsibilities

Handling

contractors' bills & certifications

Knowledge of

Joint Development Agreements (JDA)

and

landowner agreements

Maintaining legal, financial, and statutory records

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter

Experience

: 3-7 years

(construction background mandatory)

Location preference:

Navi Mumbai / Mumbai
