Role Overview

We are looking for a

responsible and detail-oriented professional

who can learn and operate our jewellery management software, handle billing and stock entries, manage basic accounting, and coordinate bank-related work.

Key ResponsibilitiesJewellery Software & Billing

Learn and operate the showroom's jewellery software Upload and manage jewellery stock (gold, diamond, inventory data) Create sales bills, GST invoices, and customer receipts Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and stock movement Coordinate with sales staff for smooth billing during peak hours

Accounts & Accounting Support

Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses) Handle cash book, bank book, and basic ledger maintenance Assist in GST billing, reconciliation, and return preparation Coordinate with CA for accounting and compliance requirements

Banking & Financial Coordination

Handle bank-related work such as: Depositing cash and cheques Managing UPI, POS, and bank reconciliations Coordinating for DDs, RTGS/NEFT, and account follow-ups Ensure proper documentation for bank transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Willingness and ability to

learn jewellery software

Basic understanding of accounting and GST Experience with

Tally or similar accounting software preferred

Comfortable working on computers (billing, Excel, data entry) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive financial data

Preferred Profile

Experience in a jewellery showroom, retail, or accounting role Candidates with commerce background or accounting exposure Freshers with good learning ability and sincerity may also apply

Pay: ₹9,654.34 - ₹30,346.65 per month
