Job Description
.
Your role as a P2P person:
- Answers queries and coordinates with other teams/departments
- Perform the actions necessary to process the recorded of the invoices (check & provide G/L account and Finance type)
- Performance of all necessary accounting entries related to the P2P in accordance with the companies general accounting rules.
- Good allocation on analytical accounts and replacement on correct Cost Centers.
- Good understanding and allocation of correct GST codes.
- Timely reconciliation and control that all invoices are processed till payment.
- Reconciliation monthly balance sheet accounts, preparation ageing balance
- Weekly payments file preparation, and coordination with Treasury to perform the payment
- Clearing vendors accounts and recording the bank entries
- Recording IC invoices and working closely with other WL Team to solved the IC difference
- Credit cards statement recording
