Summary: What you need to know about the role- You will be responsible for managing all reporting requirements and obligations required for the Accounts Payable process including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end requirements. In this role you will oversee day to day reporting activities in our global purchase to pay tools including SAP ECC, Ariba P2P and Blackline. You will provide support to the Accounting Tower for reconciliations, review and maintenance of aged invoices, and work with the Ariba IT team on development of Ariba reports required for AP process monitoring. : Your way to impact - You will add value by having a data integrity focus to capture reporting requirements that provides helps the business make informed decisions from actionable insights. You will add value by automating reporting tasks and streamlining processes to improve AP accounting and reconciliation process efficiencies. You will add value by assisting with the development and data assurance of new reports for AP or P2P related processes. Your day to day - Provide cash forecast to PayPal treasury department. Prepare and submit request for approval by PayPal treasury department. Manage foreign currency payments. Create and perform audit on each payment run per SOX requirements and maintain/archive supporting documents for audit purposes. Review the BOT Audit file to avoid duplicate payments. Ensure that all manual wires are recorded in SAP and in Ariba. Support AP Aging reconciliation activities Work with other teams to ensure escheatment process is completed timely. Support resolution of invoice posting issues due to PO set up by working with the Buyer team. Assist in the management of the Service Now Help Desk queue to support timely resolution of payment inquiries. Participate and support the Tax reporting process for Withholding, VAT, 1099 and 1042. Responsible for all reporting requirements and obligations required for the Accounts Payable process including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end requirements. What do you need to bring - Proficiency with SAP ECC, Ariba P2P, and BW reporting preferred Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions related to corporate policies Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of an international virtual team Good organization and multi-tasking skills to balance and prioritize work Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic and changing environment Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills. 2-3 years Accounts Payable related experience required. High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
