- Maintain project wise payment tracker
- Taking care of bills and purchase orders
- Manage and prepare cash flow reports.Prepare and do the necessary filing of all Statutory taxes e.g., GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, ESI, PF and TDS.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in the process.
- Preparation of project proposals
- Prepare quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- To do all the general accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at financial year-end
- Prepare and disperse Client invoices and document it in the system.
- Follow up on accounts receivables and update records as required.
- Manage payrolls and prepare reports of payrolls on a monthly basis.
