: Global Gateway Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or above, possess excellent accounting skills, and be proficient in using Xero and Tally software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. 2. Data Entry: Enter financial transactions and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded in the accounting software. 3. Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports using Xero and Tally to provide insights into the company\'s financial performance. 4. Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and managing tax filings. 5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets and financial forecasts. 6. Expense Tracking: Monitor and control expenses, verifying the accuracy of invoices and expense claims. 7. Audit Preparation: Prepare financial documentation and support for internal and external audits. 8. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. 9. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations to ensure the company\'s financial practices are in compliance. Qualifications : - Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in Xero and Tally accounting software. - Strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial principles. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is a plus.
