Maintain and update company accounts and ledgers
Prepare GST filings and tax documentation
Track vehicle expense sheets (fuel, maintenance, service schedules)
Reconcile driver payments and trip summaries
Coordinate with CA/auditor for monthly compliance
Manage vendor payments and petty cash
Requirements:
Experience in accounting (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred)
Knowledge of GST filing and vehicle-related compliance
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Organized, trustworthy, and deadline-driven
Bonus if you have:
Experience in a fleet or transport-related business
Understanding of EV fleet operations
