Key Responsibilities

Enter invoices, perform

bank reconciliation

, and maintain accurate books of accounts Perform

GST-compliant accounting

Handle

GST return filing & IT return filing

Prepare

financial reports

as per accounting standards Manage

sales orders, billing, and inventory records

(online & offline) General office duties: handle calls, emails, and documentation Report directly to the

Managing Partner

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

in accounting/office administration (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in

Commerce/Accounting

(Required)

CA Inter (Preferred)

Good communication skills in

English & Malayalam

Knowledge of

Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks

Strong skills in

MS Excel

Preference for candidates with

audit/accounting experience

Schedule & Work Mode

Work Days:

Monday to Saturday

Timing:

9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Work Mode:

In-person at Dharmadom, Kannur
