Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts (Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Assets, Liabilities)
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receipts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Manage TDS calculations and filings
Assist with Income Tax returns (ITR) and audits
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Payroll & HR Support
Process payroll and salary disbursements
Calculate PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions
Maintain employee payroll records
Client Accounting Services
Manage accounting for multiple clients
Prepare financial reports and MIS for clients
Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance
Support audits, notices, and financial queries
Reporting & Analysis
Generate financial reports, cash flow statements, and summaries
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce / Semi-Qualified CA
2+ years of experience in accounting and taxation
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar software
Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
