Salary:


?15,000 - ?25,000 per month


(Based on experience, skills & performance)

& Responsibilities:



The selected candidate will handle full accounting operations and financial coordination within the organization. Responsibilities include:

Documentation & Coordination:



Email handling - professional communication with vendors/clients Google Sheets & Excel - advanced tracking, data management Record keeping - digital & physical file management Follow-up with customers for pending dues Coordination with consultants, auditors & internal teams

Financial Operations:



Salary Sheet preparation & payroll management Bulk Payment preparation, transfer & vendor payment tracking Billing & Invoicing - preparation, follow-up, reconciliation Bank coordination - cheque handling, deposits, payment updates

Core Accounting & Compliance:



Tally ERP - voucher entry, ledger posting, reconciliations GST - monthly/quarterly filing, return preparation, documentation TDS - deduction, challan payments & return filing EPF & ESIC - challans, monthly filing, compliance ITR-related documentation & support Preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, monthly MIS reports

Skills Required:



Strong command over

Tally ERP, MS Excel & Google Sheets

Solid understanding of

GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, ITR & accounting principles

Good communication & coordination skills Accurate data entry & documentation Experience with salary sheet preparation & bulk payments Ability to manage income/expense records efficiently Organized, disciplined & deadline-oriented

Work Location Flexibility:



The candidate may be required to work from both offices depending on operational needs:

Primary Office:

SK Puri, Boring Road

Secondary Office:

Vijay Nagar, Rukunpura
