Job Title: Accountant / Audit & Compliance Executive

Overview

:

We are hiring an experienced Accountant / Audit & Compliance Executive with a strong background in audits, taxation, and government tender-related work. The ideal candidate should have

2 to 5 years

of hands-on experience in accounting, compliance, and tender documentation, along with excellent knowledge of Tally and taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and GST Audit processes.

Prepare and maintain Cash Reports, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.

Manage Export-Import entries in Tally and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Search, track, and analyse government tenders across departments.

Prepare, organize, and submit tender bidding documents within deadlines.

File Income Tax and GST e-returns and ensure statutory compliance.

Manage GST filing, statutory returns, and reconciliations.

Prepare, finalize, and maintain the company's Accounts & Financial Statements.

Support management with audit schedules, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, and taxation.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Strong knowledge of Taxation, GST, and Audit (Internal, Statutory, and External).

Familiarity with government tender processes and compliance documentation.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
