Accounts Professional

with 3-5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and petty cash. Prepare & maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations (bank/vendor/customer). Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory Requirements. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for payment and collection-related matters. Manage inventory records effectively. Follow up with customers for payment collection. Maintain accurate records in accounting software (Tally Prime/ERP). Support internal and statutory audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting. Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in

Tally Prime/ERP

and

MS Excel

. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
