Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Costing & Accounting

Prepare and maintain order-wise cost sheets for each production batch.

Track raw material costs, labor, overheads, and other production expenses.

Monitor order status and related investments to ensure cost efficiency.

Vendor & Finance Management

Manage vendor payments and ensure timely payouts as per terms.

Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain transparent records.

Evaluate quotations and assist in vendor negotiations for cost optimization.

Purchase & Documentation

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with production requirements.

Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure best pricing.

Maintain documentation for all purchase and finance-related transactions.

Production Finance Support

Support production planning by ensuring funds and materials are allocated properly.

Track investments against each production order and highlight variances.

Provide timely MIS reports on production-related financials to management.

General Accounting

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.

Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audits related to production costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Cost accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
