Our company is looking for an experienced Accountant who also has strong client management skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling company bank transactions, performing daily reconciliations, preparing bank statements, generating and tracking invoices, and managing statutory compliances such as GST and TDS filings. They should also be able to prepare monthly and annual financial reports. Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is essential, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel. In addition to accounting responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to manage client communication effectively--responding to client queries on time, following up on invoices and payments, handling client onboarding and documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, is required for this role.
