Job Description

Role Overview: Handling accounting activities of various Legal Entities of Trellix across the globe and Responsible for maintaining and developing of financial statements and reports including compliance process to ensure compliance to accounting policies & practices, both US and local statutory compliance. Responsible for Reconciling, maintaining and analyzing the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports. Develops and maintains the policies that govern the Company\'s reporting process and ensures compliance with generally accepted reporting standards. Implement internal control matrix.May define the accounting system roadmap and system requirements of the future and assist or direct system programming resources in the development of accounting systems. Accounting functions may include general ledger accounting, Opex accounting, Periodic books close, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, end to end fixed asset accounting, inter- company accounting, payroll & COGS. Assisting cross functional accounting teams in various accounting operations. Overseeing accounting functions all general ledger accounting activities, systems, and controls. Engage with the global business partners initiate & drive new projects across accounting process Facilitate management team to streamline processes and implement controls. Prepare account schedules for Audit and participate in timely Audit closure.
