  • Primary responsibility of accounts payable transactions which includes verifying vendor bills/invoices and processing & accounting the same in SAP.
  • Primary responsibility for maintaining the vendor payment master file with invoices details etc for better control and avoid the duplication of payment etc.
  • Primary responsibility for making the recurring form & entry accounting in SAP.
  • Primary responsibility of preparation of FA creation & retirement form.
  • Collection of vendor data and preparing the vendor forms for creating the new Employee/vendor account in SAP.
  • Vendor Payment details preparation and publishing it to Procurement & other Support teams.
  • Joint responsibility of preparation of monthly TDS payment and quarterly e-TDS return.
  • Assistance in Statutory/Internal audit field work with respect to Accounts payable.
  • Accounting data compilation and maintenance of accounting records
