We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, preparing financial reports, and managing budgets specific to real estate transactions and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all real estate transactions.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage project-wise cost tracking and budgeting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Prepare financial documentation and support for audits.
