Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and monthly/quarterly reports.
Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and ledger maintenance.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor cost control and expense management in line with hotel operations.
Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) for revenue and expense verification.
Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
