Job Summary:

Swain Aluminium Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with solid experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, with a particular focus on banking transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This position will play an integral role in ensuring accurate financial records, effective banking operations, and supporting the company's financial objectives.

Salary Range:

?18,000 to ?22,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.

Banking Transactions:

Process and oversee daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other related financial activities.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Handle the company's accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Compliance and Taxation:

Support the company's tax and regulatory compliance by ensuring proper documentation and transaction reporting.

Audit Support:

Assist with internal and external audits by providing the necessary documents and financial data.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement improvements to streamline banking processes and enhance overall financial operations.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in the banking sector.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

Knowledge:

Understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to work with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication:

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with bank representatives and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:

Tally, CA Inter, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Banking Experience:

Experience working in an accounting role within the banking sector or dealing with banking-related financial operations.
