Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records as per accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and credit transactions regularly.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Process vendor invoices, verify bills, and ensure timely payments.
Monitor guest billing, advance payments, and receivables.
Reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers periodically.
Monitor departmental costs (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) for efficiency.
Oversee inventory accounting for F&B, housekeeping, and general stores.
Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate with storekeepers..
Coordinate with department heads for financial data and expense control.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs.
Work closely with the front office and reservations team for billing and collection reconciliation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
/ SAP / hotel management software.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
