Factory Accountant (Busy / ERP) for BAWA POLYMERS

Industry: Insulating Varnish / Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Manufacturing Unit 1- Bahadurgarh.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Factory Accountant who can independently handle accounts, inventory (stock), and compliance for a chemical manufacturing unit. The candidate must be comfortable working on BUSY / ERP software (Tally experience alone is not sufficient).

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

Day-to-day accounting on BUSY / ERP Sales, purchase, journal, cash & bank entries Ledger reconciliation (customers & suppliers) Bank reconciliation (BRS) Expense booking and cost allocation
2. Inventory & Stock Management (Critical)

Maintain raw material, WIP, and finished goods stock Batch-wise stock tracking (resins, solvents, chemicals, packing material) Production consumption vs output reconciliation GRN, material issue, and stock adjustment entries Monthly physical stock reconciliation
3. GST & Statutory Compliance

GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B E-invoice and E-way bill generation TDS compliance (if applicable) Coordination with CA for audits and filings
4. Factory & Commercial Coordination

Purchase bill verification against PO & GRN Job work / inward-outward records (if applicable) Coordination with stores and production teams Audit-ready documentation and records
5. Reporting & MIS

Monthly: Trial Balance Stock & consumption report Debtors / creditors ageing Expense & cost summary Management MIS as required
Required Skills & Experience

2-7+ years experience in factory accounting Mandatory experience in BUSY / ERP software Exposure to chemical / manufacturing industry preferred Strong understanding of stock accounting Good working knowledge of GST & compliance Comfortable working independently at factory level

Salary: As per skill, experience, and capability
