Job Title: Accountant

Department:Accounts

Reporting To:Senior Accountant

Location: Vtrust Eye Hospital , vadakara

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Maintain accurate books of accounts including cash book, bank book, and general ledger.

2. Billing & Revenue Management

Ensure correct posting of hospital revenues and receipts.

Coordinate with front office and billing counters for reconciliation.

3. Cash & Bank Management

Handle daily cash collection verification and reconciliation.

Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.

Follow up on pending payments.

5. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Assist in payroll processing for doctors and staff.

8. System & Software Management

Work with hospital management software (HMS), accounting software (Tally Prime).

Ensure accurate data entry and system reconciliation.

*Required Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com
CA Inter / CMA Inter - added advantage
Minimum 2-4 years experiencein hospital or healthcare accounting preferred
Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of GST, ESI, EPF, TDS
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel*

Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
