2. Order Processing
Convert confirmed quotes into
order sheets / work orders
Share orders with
vendors, workshop, and suppliers
Ensure all details are complete:
(fabric, lining, size, track, motor, colour, delivery date)
3. Vendor & Workshop Coordination
Follow up with vendors for:
Fabric availability
Accessories / tracks / motors
Stitching & dispatch timelines
Coordinate with workshop for sampling and production status
4. Execution Tracking
Maintain
order tracker
(status: ordered / in process / ready / installed)
Coordinate with installation team for scheduling
Update sales/design team on progress and delays
Skills Required
Good
Excel / Google Sheets
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of:
Fabrics
Curtain measurements
Tracks & motors (training can be given)
Preferred Background
Experience in
interiors / furnishings / textiles
(preferred)
Freshers with good coordination skills can also apply
