We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Accounts and Back Office Executive
to handle day-to-day accounting, documentation, and administrative operations. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the sales and service teams with internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Record daily purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and delivery challans.
Manage bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with the company's CA or auditor for monthly and annual accounting tasks.
Back Office / Administration:
Maintain company records, correspondence, and client databases.
Prepare reports, purchase orders, and quotations as per sales team requirements.
Handle follow-ups with customers and vendors regarding payments and dispatches.
Manage logistics coordination -- courier, transport, and order tracking.
Support sales and service engineers with documentation for tenders, installations, and warranty claims.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred).
1-3 years of experience in accounts, back-office, or administrative work.
Knowledge of MS Excel, and Word is essential.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
