Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Maintain Balance sheets.

2. Draw up monthly financial reports.

3. Assist with payroll administration.

4. Process and review expense reports.

5. Preparing budgets.

6. Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.

7. Assist with year-end closings.

8. Account and bank rectifications.

9. Analysis of accounts as requested.

10. Coordination with audit process.

11.

Working Knowledge of TDS and GST is MUST.

Required Experience, skills and Qualification:

1. Bachelor`s degree required.

2. Good knowledge of State and Local Federal Laws regarding Taxation and Finances.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience required in general accounting.

4. Proficiency in Tally Prime.

5. Proficiency in GST and TDS Working.
