We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (B.Com/M.Com).
- CPA or CA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and other financial instruments.
- Fluent in English and Marathi languages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
