We are looking for an

Account Associate

to join our growing team in Gurugram!

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Disbursements:

Check, process, and release payouts to vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders in line with agreements and internal policies.

Maintain timely and accurate records of all disbursements and outgoing payments.

Accounts Receivable & Payment Tracking:

Ensure timely receipt of payments from customers and partners.

Maintain clear, real-time records of all incoming payments.

Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve payment delays or discrepancies.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

Reconcile daily transactions across internal systems using Zoho Books and Google Sheets.

Support financial reporting and provide daily cash flow status updates to management.

System Tools & Documentation:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.

Monitor, analyze, and report key financial data using advanced Google Sheets functions (formulas, pivots, validations, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
