Assist with daily accounting operations and data entry in accounting software.
Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial records.
Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments and transactions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
