Job Description

Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers o Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal o Obtain approval to satisfy vendor statements o Prepare, fulfill and distribute checks o Request and process W-9 forms from new vendors o Approve and process wire transfer requests o Prepare and gain approval for POs o Scan, file and log accounting documents
