Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain daily office records and documentation
Track vendor payments, balances, and outstanding dues
Record and update OD (Overdraft) and payment schedules
Assist in bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
Handle petty cash and daily expense entries
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and reports
Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for payment follow-ups
Support admin and filing tasks as needed
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software (preferred)
Good command of MS Excel and record keeping
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Trustworthy and organized
Qualification:
Any degree with accounting or office admin background
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
