Prepare voucher entries and all regular accounting entries in Tally.
Manage banking formalities and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets in Tally.
Record fees and donation entries in Tally and relevant registers, as well as in Excel sheets.
Examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain Attendance Register and Leave Application Register.
Handle outdoor work related to banks and post offices.
Maintain staff data files and their leave records.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
accounting principles

Working knowledge of
Tally
and
MS Excel
.
Familiarity with
banking procedures
and documentation.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to coordinate administrative and outdoor tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce

1 to 3 years
of experience in
finance and accounting
.
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong knowledge of
Accounting, Tally, MS Excel,
and other statutory compliances.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work
independently
as well as
collaboratively in a team
.
