Responsibilities:
Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
Monitor and analyze financial performance.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Develop and maintain financial models.
Provide financial advice and support to management.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/ MBA in finance .
At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on cost accounting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of accounting software.
