We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 3-4 years of experience in financial
operations, bookkeeping, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong
understanding of accounting principles, the ability to manage financial records accurately, and ensure
timely reporting to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
Manage invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Assist in internal and external audits
Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred Skills
Experience with GST filing, tax documentation, and audit support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good communication and presentation skills
